Coaching instruments, methods for emotional restoration. Education of CISC-Team

The whole team spends this autumn vacation beneficially – we teach and we are being taught.

We thank our guests, the talented speakers, for the most interesting workshops:

📍 «Coaching instruments for teachers and tutors» by Iuliia Geiko, education counselor.

At the meeting we discussed the instruments for conflict resolution by means of coaching instruments.

📍 «Methods for emotional restoration and creative resolution of conflicts» – by experts in the field of personal development and transformation Stanislav Shaposhnikov and Svitlana Lukianchenko.

We had quite a loud discussion at this training. 😊 Since we tried to figure out in practice how to manage group dynamics via… loudness. And the drums helped us with that!

We also discussed the methods of non-forcible communication, talked about the values and a glimpse over creative instruments for effective communication.

We are inspired, filled with new impressions and eager to start the new stage of this academic year. 💗
