Language camp at Zakopane (Poland)

A short while ago CISС campers visited the amazing city of Zakopane in Poland. It is one of the best ski resorts in Poland, located at the foot of Tatry mountains.

This trip became remarkable for the kids, since in Zakopane many campers tried skiing or snowboarding for the first time! Besides that, the trip was full of English language classes with native speakers.

The campers had an excursion to Krakow – the fairy-tale city of castles.

Dasha Purish, 8 grade“We had an interesting and diversified program at the camp, there was not a spare minute or a chance to feel bored. We skied and snowboarded with the coaches who helped us improve our skills, and excursions in the city were exciting. The classes with native speakers were interesting, but not like studying, we just communicated on different topics. It was Christmas time when we were at the camp, so we had a Christmas party. And each night we had contests or dancing parties. I am not very fond of dancing parties myself, but the contests were really cool, for example, like famous TV shows «Who is on top?» or «Guess the melody». Camp supervisors were amazing. They could easily understand our needs, and got on so well with us. The food turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The meals were very tasty, and everyone ate with good appetite. I especially enjoyed buffet breakfasts, the tasty (and sweet) midday meals and the second supper. The accommodation was good, only the Wi-Fi was not very stable, but we had no time for surfing our phones anyway.”

Scenic view point at Gubaluvka mountain pleased us with unbelievable winter landscapes and great photos against such beautiful background.

And even more – our campers had parties, spent fun time at the aqua park and participated in various contests!

Thank you, Zakopane!💗

We already can’t wait for the next camps this spring! Will you come with us?
