«I am a Personality» for children of 6-8 years old
INTEGRATED COURSE OF ACTING TECHNIQUE, RHETHORIC, LOGIC AND PSYCHOLOGY
THE PURPOSE OF THIS COURSE is improving the cultutre of communication among children by forming declamatory skills as a means of efficient communication with peers and adults.
EACH LESSON IS DIVIDED INTO 4 PARTS:
- Self-expression: game tasks helping children to comprehend themselves, to express themselves freely and to defend their opinions or reveal their talents before an audience;
- Interaction: team tasks (for 2 or more students) allowing the children to learn efficient communication with other people both verbally and physically;
- Rhethoric: a block aimed at developing verbal expression and emotional saturation of a public public speech by applying dyaphragm respiration, voice range developing, articulatory excercises.
- Improvisation: improvisation tasks which help the children to become more confident and develop their sense of humour.
METHODS APPLIED: games, theatre-therapy(small theatrical performances aimed at “living through” certain situations and learning to control emotions), role games with dolls, musical excercises, excercises developing logical thinking, memory, imagination, elements of rhethoric (excercises developing diction, articulation and respiration).
DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS: effective communication and interaction; listening and hearing, as well as the ability to get one’s own ideas and emotions through; ability to correctly defend one’s own opinion; public debate; observation, memorizing.

INTEGRATED PSYCHOLOGICAL COURSE FROM BASIC COMMUNICATION, PSYCHOLOGY OF LEADERSHIP, TEAM-BUILDING, EMOTIONAL INTELLECT, GOAL-SETTING, TIME MANAGEMENT.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS COURSE is revealing and developing of a child’s leadership potential, the ability to realize oneself as a personality that strives for growth and development, the ability to think and act independently, to express one’s own ideas and emotions. At the lessons, the children obtain a positive experience of teamwork and efficient communication.
METHODS APPLIED: trainings, imitation techniques (role and business games), relaxation techniques, coaching, art-therapy, fairytale-therapy, simulation of a real environment, team interaction, teaching the methods of relaxation and coping with one’s own internal state.
DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS: effective communication and interaction with peers and adults; self-analysis and self-correction; analysis of situation and comprehension of own responsibility for the result; planning of personal time; managing of one’s own conduct and life.
EXAMPLES OF EDUCATIONAL GOALS AND TOPICS: formation of harmoinous I-concept; “correct listening” technique; non-verbal communication practice; the art of “reading” other people; body and mimic language; psychology of emotions; techniques of coping with emotions; assertive behaviour; conflict territory; time managing rules; urgency, importance and life priorities.
