Global Education & Skills Forum took place in Dubai. It’s one of the most important global educational events. And for the seventh time this event gathered from different corners of the world the people that change the education daily, thus influencing the future.

During two days of the Forum the participants visited the most innovative schools of the world, met unique people who succeeded in making educational changes within  their countries, and they learned:

Global Teacher Prize

Also, at Global Education & Skills Forum the award ceremony Global Teacher Prize was held. It is the most prestigious award for practicing teachers with prize in the amount of  USD 1 million.

During the Forum each of the 10 nominees conducted an open lesson and shared his/her teaching methods and approaches.

Peter Tabichi (Kenia) became the Best Teacher of the world in 2019. This teacher turned his school into the best one among state schools by opening a talent club and science club. Peter and his colleagues conduct individual studies in the evening time and on weekends free of charge. And he assigns 80% of his salary for development of the school.
