To enroll a child in grades 0-1, parents, or responsible persons, submit the following documents:

1. Application for enrollment
2. A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
3. Medical card (certificate) of the established sample

To enroll a child in grades 2-11, or responsible persons, submit the following documents:

1. Application for enrollment
2. A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
3. Medical card (certificate) of the established sample
4. Personal file of the student.
5. Certificate of primary general education (for 10th grade students)
