CISC joins the STEM Education Coalition

Innovative scientific-technical system of education STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) gains incerasing popularity in the world. CISC has joined the STEM Education Coalition.

STEM education is TRAINING OF FUTURE-ORIENTED EXPERTS  able to think creativly and to originate innovations. It is a series of courses or education programmes that prepare a child to science-oriented education and demand fundamental knowledge and more technically complex skills which would meet the challenges of nowadays.

The demand in STEM experts increases twice as fast as in other professions since ‪‎#STEM develops the skills of research, analysis, experimenting and critical thinking.

CISC actively implements and expands the principles of STEM education. Starting from September 2015 ‪#CISC is a full member of Ukrainian STEM Education Coalition, which aims for 7 key objectives around which the projects are created: drafting of recommendations for the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine concerning STEM disciplines; conducting programmes aimed at implementation of innovative teaching methods in educational establishments; organization of tournaments and academic competitions with the purpose of fulfilling personal potential of the students; creation of informational platforms and spaces; professional orientation; international cooperation.
