All-Ukrainian challenge #Strongagainstbullying
«When a child is constantly involved into self-development, whether intellectual or physical, the child will never think about raising self-esteem at the account of others. Such people are self-sufficient, they aim their energy into the right course.»
We are grateful for the inspiration to our guest, Ihor Kuzmenko, the winner of TV project «Dancing with the stars» 2017. He advised CISC students to be constantly involved into things that bring joy and are beneficial for their intellectual and physical health.
Ihor’s visit to the school was a part of All-Ukrainian challenge #Strongagainstbullying, initiated by Kyiv Department of Justice.
This anti-bullying campaign was joined by famous sportsmen, dancers, Olympic athletes and school students, including CISC.
👏 Today, as part of the challenge, we enjoyed watching the dance performances of «Kapryz» folk dance troupe and Aelita Uschapovska, 3rd grade student.
✅ We were also glad to listen to Kateryna Polianovska, main expert on legal education of Kyiv Department of Justice, and to ask her questions. Ms Kateryna told us about the reasons of bullying and the ways of acting against it, the people you can turn to in case you are being offended or if you notice bullying towards others.
